The New Hampshire State Home Show provides the longest running most productive show venue for home and building products within the New England States. For over 47 years - it has been the spring show that consumers visit to meet, learn and interact with vendors, builders and home solutions providers. With over 350 booths and a history of selling out each year - we encourage vendors to secure their booth reservations early and to participate in our sponsorship and vendor outreach programs to maximize their benefits of participation.

Again this year - all vendors will be marketed for the entire year on our online show at www.HomeShowAllYear.com. where consumers can revisit the Show for the entire year. We are gaining traffic monthly to the site - and is a valuable additional marketing asset to all of our exhibitors.

Target Audience - The Show gives you the opportunity to reach potential buyers searching for new & innovative designs and ideas, for building or remodeling. Show attendees are between the ages of 26-69, with incomes of $52,000 - $160,000, and come from New Hampshire,  Massachusetts., Maine, and Vermont. Families are encouraged to attend. Attendance for the March 2013 show was over 9800. Traffic on our virtual show www.HomeShowAllYear.com,  has exceeded 1,000 unique visitors per month.

Booth Awards - A judging committee will select outstanding booths in specific categories. Exhibits MUST be set up by Noon, Friday, March 13th to be included in the judging.

Booth Activities - We STRONGLY encourage exhibitors to conduct interactive activities in their booths. Contests, handouts, drawings, prizes, all attract attention - use them!  Canvassing is limited to your own leased space.

Exhibitors selling or distributing food products of any sort are urged to contact the Manchester Health Department (603-624-6466) for licensing and approvals prior to the show.

Advertising & Promotions - The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of NH has an extensive multi-media campaign combining radio, TV, and print with other promotions. The state-wide blitz runs before and during the Home Show, drawing exhibitors and attendees from all over New England.   Exhibitors will be given exclusive opportunities to participate in some of these promotions.

Radisson Hotel Exhibitor Room Rates: Run of House: Single $104, Double $114, Triple $124. It is the Hotel’s understanding that individuals will make their ownreservations by calling directly to our Reservations Department at603-206-4109, or by calling Radisson Worldwide at 1-800-333-3333.  In orderto receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with
NH State Home Show, or reference the following PROMOTIONAL CODE:HOME14 for on-line bookings at www.radisson.com/manchesternh.

Parking for Exhibitor Vehicles is available in the lot behind the venue for a single vehicle of $50. Over sized vehicles $75.

Load In and Breakdown Procedures:

All exhibitors MUST check in prior to set up. Check-in is located at the entrance to the South Hall. Load in begins Thursday, March 20 at Noon. Larger displays need to schedule for early staging - please call ASAP.

Remember not to block your neighbors view, keep back height to 8' and sides to 3' for consistent sight distance down each aisle. (Any variation must be approved by show manager) Keep noise minimal. An Administration Fee will be charged for any agreements processed after Final Payment Deadline.

Show opens for public Friday 1:00 PM Grand Opening Friday - 4:00 P.M. - All Exhibitors Invited.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS: Booth breakdown and move out begins at 4:00 PM Sunday at the close of the show.Exhibitors are responsible
to stay in control of their materials throughout the move out period. Any items left unattended may be moved by Show Staff to facilitate cleaning and closing of the hall. Staff will be on hand until 8:00 PM on Sunday March 15. Exhibits not removed by 12:00PM , March 15, 2015 will be subject to a $1,950 drayage fee. The NHHBA bears no responsibility for lost or misplaced vendor property throughout the move in -or move out process,. Exhibits shall not be removed from the building at any time after installation until final closing of the Show, unless special permission in writing is obtained from NHHBA.

Concessions- Food and beverages will be available from the Center of NH during the Show.

1) Exhibitor Badges: We will be pre-printing badges for Exhibitors. They will be at the Exhibitor Desk in the entry of each hall for pick up.

2) The floor plan preview of HomeShowAllYear.com, the online version of the show is active. The category search version will be added the week after the show.
Please review your listing for accuracy. We will be promoting this to attendees as they can view the map on their smartphones!

5) Our Opening Ceremony is scheduled for 5:00 PM on Friday March 13 in the North Hall Lobby area.

6) Comp Passes for Exhibitor Clients: Complimentary passes are available prior to the show for distribution to vendors clients and family.

7) Notice on any gatherings and receptions from vendors will be posted prior to the event.

Helping to assure our customers have enough parking is a responsibility of everyone involved. We urge you to instruct your personnel to NOT park in the Radisson garage but to use one of the many parking areas in the immediate area to maximize the parking available to Show attendees. Thank you.
